WaterDawg Outdoors reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

2. Firearms Purchases & Transfers

All firearm, NFA, and/or firearm accessory purchases are subject to federal, state, and local laws.

Firearms must be shipped to:
WaterDawg Outdoors, or
A valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) selected by the customer.

NICS checks are required before transfer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to purchase a firearm and that the firearm selected is legal in the customer’s home state.

Age Requirements:

Long guns: 18+
Handguns: 21+

If a customer:
Is not legally eligible
Fails a background (NICS) check
Orders a firearm they cannot receive
Fails to transfer for any other reason

The customer must immediately arrange return shipping. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the total sale value may be deducted from any refund to cover WaterDawg Outdoor’s logistics costs.

3. Pricing & Availability
Prices and inventory may change without notice.

Orders may be canceled if items are unavailable, restricted, or pricing errors occur.

4. Restricted Items

Certain products cannot be shipped to specific states or localities.

Examples include but not limited to:
Specific handgun models
High-capacity magazines
Threaded barrels
Ballistics vests
Other restricted accessories

It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their local laws before ordering.

Orders violating state or local laws may be canceled and a refund will be issued less a 10% fee for processing.

5. Order Acceptance

WaterDawg Outdoors reserves the right to:

Cancel orders
Limit quantities
Refuse service
Verify identity before shipment or transfer

6. Limitation of Liability

WaterDawg Outdoors is responsible for getting your purchase to you in the quickest, safest way possible.

WaterDawg Outdoors, its parent, or affiliates is not responsible for:

Misuse of products
Legal violations by customers
Delays caused by carriers, FFLs, or background checks

Shipping Policy

Firearms:

Firearms ship to:

WaterDawg Outdoors (in-store transfer), or
Customer-selected FFL. FFL will be verified.
We can only ship firearms or NFA items, to the address licensed.

NFA items can only be shipped to a licensed SOT.

There is no transfer fee for items purchased from WaterDawgOutdoors.com when shipped to WaterDawg Outdoors for in-store pickup.

Shipping times vary based on individual processing, carrier timelines, and compliance requirements. Expect some additional processing time for NFA items.

Footwear, Apparel, & Accessories:

Ship nationwide
Standard carrier rates apply.
Delivery timelines are estimates.
All orders are shipped via major carrier with tracking provided.

Restricted Items

Orders containing restricted products will be canceled if shipping is not legally permitted.
Customers are responsible for knowing their state laws.

Returns & Refunds:

Apparel & Footwear:

30-day return window
Item must be unused and in original condition with tags or original box.
Footwear must be tried on and worn on carpet. No returns of dirty footwear will be accepted.
Return shipping is paid by customer.
In-store returns allowed.
Your refund will be issued within 3 business days of your return being received by WaterDawg Outdoors. Your bank or card issuer may have their own handling times before the refund is posted to your account. Refer to your card issuer for the date to expect your refund after it has been issued.
Refunds are issued via the payment method used.

Non-Electronic Accessories, fishing products:

30-day return window
Items will be accepted for return in unused and original condition. It must be resealable with all original packaging required.
Your refund will be issued within 3 business days of your return being received by WaterDawg Outdoors.
Refunds are issued via the payment method used.

Electronic Gear:

All sales of electronics are final.

We source, stock, and sell only the best brands with the best warranties in their respective industry. Customers must contact the manufacturer for warranty support.

If item(s) was damaged during shipping, take pictures of all packaging, the damage on the item, and the shipping label affixed to the outside of the box and contact WaterDawg Outdoors immediately.

Firearms:

New Firearms-
All new firearm sales are final.
Manufacturer warranty applies.

Used Firearms-

Customer has 3 days to inspect once delivered to the receiving FFL.

If an issue is discovered:
Customer must notify WaterDawg Outdoors immediately
Firearm must not be transferred before contacting us.
Once transferred, the sale is final.

FFL Transfer as a Service:

*Except where noted, these fees do not apply to purchases made through WaterDawgOutdoors.com or Silencer Shop.

Transfer of NFA Items:
WaterDawg Outdoors makes every effort to make the transfer of NFA items easy and guide you through every step of the process. The transfer of NFA items requires your active participation. The transfer process may include phone calls, use of a smartphone app, in person fingerprinting, and face to face. It is your responsibility to be diligent about getting the required information to WaterDawg Outdoors in the format required in a timely manner. You will be contacted by WaterDawg Outdoors when your NFA item arrives, failure to begin the NFA registration and transfer process within 5 days of item arrival will be subject to storage fees as outlined below beginning on day 6 until your form-4 is submitted.

Storage:

Firearms must be picked up promptly.

Day firearm arrives = Day 1
Pickup expected within 5 days
Storage fee: $5/day starting Day 6

After 60 days, firearms may be considered abandoned.

WaterDawg Outdoors may sell the firearm to recover its expenses.

Eligibility Responsibility:

You are responsible for ensuring you can legally receive a firearm before placing your order.

If transfer cannot be completed:

Customer must arrange return shipping
Prepaid label required
No exceptions

In-Store Pickup:

In-store pickup follows the same rules as transfers and storage.

Orders not picked up within the pickup window may incur storage fees.
